After reviewing the request, our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.

5. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.

Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning the product may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by Navraj Agriculture Works.
